The fall colors were at peak below this familiar view along Kebler Pass Road west of Crested Butte. I spent a couple of days in the area and this particular afternoon I was scoping out areas for a sunset shot and just had to stop to capture this panoramic view. The presence of big puffy white clouds in a classic Colorado blue sky and the glowing aspens just begged to have their picture taken. I just had to oblige!
