I will have to admit that there wasn’t a strenuous hike or precarious setup involved in shooting this little gem of a waterfall. In fact I practically had to clone out my Jeep in the background! Whitehorse Falls is one of a couple of falls that are right off Highway 138 in central Oregon. You pull off and park almost right beside it. The dainty little falls drop only about fifteen feet but are simply gorgeous set in the middle of the lush greenery of the Umpqua National Forest. The light rain that was falling along with the solitude of being the only ones there added to the feeling of tranquility.
